Terms & conditions

1. The Promoter is Markon Ltd.

2. The Promotion commences on 17 June 2021 and closes on 16 July 2021. 

3. To be eligible to receive the free Spacemate™ Trap, you must be one of the first 25 customers to complete and submit the Free Sample Form on our website.

4. Customers may only complete and submit the Form once. 

5. The Promotion is only open to people living in New Zealand.

6. The Promoter is entitled, in its absolute discretion, to change these Terms and Conditions (including, without limitation, substituting prizes that it believes are of similar value or benefit) or to cancel the promotion at any time without prior notification.

7. The free products are not transferable, exchangeable or negotiable and are not redeemable for cash.

8. Subject to any applicable law that cannot be excluded, Markon Ltd. are not responsible or liable for any loss suffered by any entrant in the event that a product becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
